Terms and conditions of use of the Website

Access to, consultation and use of the pages of this website (hereinafter, the “Website”), owned by Corso Italia S.r.l., with registered office in Milan, via San Paolo n. 7, VAT number 11678740967 (hereinafter referred to as “Corso Italia” or “Real Estate Agency”), implies that the user (hereinafter referred to as the “User” or, in the plural, the “Users”) fully accepts and undertakes to comply with the terms of use set out below. These terms and conditions are available in Italian and English. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the Italian version shall prevail.

Corso Italia reserves the right to modify, as necessary, terms of use below, informing Users adequately via the Website itself.

Under no circumstances shall Corso Italia be held liable for damages of any nature caused directly or indirectly to Users by accessing the Website, by the inability or impossibility of accessing it, or by the use of the news and information contained therein.

Definitions

The terms and expressions listed herein have the meanings indicated below, it being understood that terms defined in the singular are also defined in the plural and vice versa.

User: means any natural person acting on the Website for purposes unrelated to any business, commercial, craft or professional activity carried out, who is 18 years of age or older.

Parties: means jointly the Real Estate Agency and the Users.

Reserved Area: means that part of the Website given for the exclusive use of the User, through which the User can, after authentication, access specific functions.

Website: indicates this website.

The contents of the Website are for informational purposes only. Although the utmost care is taken in maintaining and updating the Website and selecting its contents, Corso Italia assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the data and information contained therein or on sites linked to it; consequently, no responsibility is accepted for errors or omissions arising directly or indirectly from the use of data and information contained on the Website. Users are therefore required to personally verify the accuracy of the information contained on the Website before taking any action.

Finally, it should be noted that Corso Italia assumes no responsibility for any damage resulting from the inaccessibility of the services on the Website, service interruption, content deletion, unauthorized access, data alteration, failure and/or malfunction of electronic equipment.  

Reserved Area

In order to access the Reserved Area of the Website, the User must create a personal account via the registration page, providing the personal data indicated in the Privacy Policy: https://www.teatroluxuryapartmentsfirenze.it/en/privacy-policy

Upon successful registration, the User will receive login credentials. In this regard, it should be noted that the User is fully and individually responsible for the proper safekeeping of the aforementioned credentials.

The User shall immediately notify Corso Italia of any unauthorised use of their Reserved Area.

Property booking service

The Website allows the User to reserve an apartment for 24 hours, during which time it will not be visible or available on the Website (hereinafter, “Reservation”). If the rental proposal is not finalised within 24 hours, the reserved apartment will once again be visible and available on the Website. It will only be possible to reserve one apartment and only once. For the purposes of the Reservation, you will be asked to enter your credit card number and the amount indicated on the Website will be verified on that card. Only then will it be possible to reserve the apartment. Following the Reservation, the indicated amount will be blocked and, as a result, will not be available on your credit card for 24 hours. At the end of the 24-hour reservation period, whether or not the rental proposal is finalised, the blocked amount will become available again according to the contractual terms defined by the User’s bank. In either case, there will be no charge.

Rental proposal service.

The Website allows the User to formulate a rental proposal using, alternatively:

Where specified in the rental proposal, the User may be required to pay a sum of money as “Reserve”.

Intellectual property rights and trademarks

The Website, considered in its entirety, as well as all the material contained therein, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.

The content published or otherwise present on the Website – including, by way of example and without limitation, trademarks, domain names, logos, images, press releases and documents in general produced therein, as well as the application software and codes used for the implementation of the Website (hereinafter the “Content”) – are the exclusive ownership of Corso Italia, or used with the authorisation or licence of the relevant owner.

The User is not granted any licence or right to use the Contents of the Website; therefore, the User is not authorised to modify, publish, transmit, share, transfer for use, reproduce, rework, distribute, perform, give access to or commercially exploit in any way the Contents on the Website. Corso Italia has the right to modify the Contents of the Website at any time and at its own discretion, without providing any prior notice to the User.

Security

The security of data transmitted via Internet protocols cannot be guaranteed with certainty. It is possible that third parties may intercept private transmissions or communications transmitted on the Website without the permission or knowledge of the Real Estate Agency, which undertakes to adopt adequate security measures, without ensuring the security of all information transmitted or the security of access to the Website itself.

Maintenance

Corso Italia reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to interrupt or suspend the Service at any time to maintain, modify and/or update the Website. During the activities indicated herein, the Website may be temporarily unavailable or otherwise unusable by the User.

The hyperlinks on the Website may direct the User to web pages on websites other than this one, which are considered to be of possible interest to the User.

The inclusion of links to external websites does not imply on the part of the Website any kind of approval or agreement with regard to the legitimacy, completeness and accuracy of the information contained in those websites.

Corso Italia is in no way responsible for the content of any other website through which the User has reached the Website by means of hypertext links and/or the content of websites accessible through the Website itself by means of hypertext links, nor for any loss or damage suffered by the User for any reason as a result of accessing websites to which the Website is linked in any way.
